As a national speaker and prolific business writer, Ms. Rosen has given thousands more the tools they need to achieve greater success. She has been called “motivating and inspiring,” “outstanding with great insights and information,” and “a wonderful keynote speaker.” She has been interviewed by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and The Wall Street Journal, as well as numerous national business and women's publications. She wrote the book “The Woman’s Business Therapist: Eliminate the MindBlocks and Roadblocks to Success.”

Parallel to founding and running her own businesses over these many years, Ms. Rosen has been an active advocate for women's economic development and success as well as a dedicated mentor, motivator and business advisor. Along with Betty Friedan, she was honored by the City of New York in celebration of Women's Empowerment Day for "helping thousands of women advance their careers and succeed in starting their own companies." Ms. Rosen was honored as the East End Women’s Network’s 20th annual “Woman of the Year.”

Marcia has served on numerous boards and panels both in New York City and on Long Island. She served for five years on the board of the very prestigious Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center, which she helped launch. Presently, she is a Member of PULSE Advisory Board, DAYENU! (The New York Board of Rabbis Initiative Against Domestic Violence) and American Diabetes Association Task Force.
